Practical training on site

Practical training on site

During a period chosen by the costumer of three weeks our on-site manager will train the staff (Location manager(s), Grower(s) and computer operator(s)) in the daily activities like labor management, climate settings, cultivation processes, irrigation strategy etc.

The on-site manager will be a very experienced senior manager who can and will help with all the questions in the daily routine. The training will start approximately 2 weeks before the end of commissioning.
